First things first! Why, the kids wondered, are there nine pieces of silverware at my place??? They are used to three ... or less :) Daddy then proceeded to educate them on some of the finer points of fine dining ...
while Foofie gave one of her knives a dainty, little lick ...
Bingo! Halo was the first winner!
Foofie wasn't a winner ... but she knows how to look like one ;)
Daddy's first course one evening ... fried frog legs! Even though they are said to taste like chicken ... I passed ...
For the past decade, we have not allowed our children to play ~ or even go ~ under the tables at restaurants ... but sometimes the 2-hour-long dinners got to be just a bit long for Little Cruiser. So ... he ended up playing under the table a couple of times ... making music on the table support with a fork or spoon. It seemed like the safest option at the time!
In Ketchikan, waiting for a lumberjack show to begin ...
Isn't it wild that people get to live here???
Foof with G & G ... and my dear sis-in-law ...
the sisters ... so happy together ...
I liked this shot of Foof ... not quite sure how to describe her expression though ... doelike???

It's really a treat to view these great phots of your cruise! Fun to see you all having a great time! That scenery shot is sure beautiful!
Loved seeing your pics of Alaska.
We just returned from the cruise on NCL with Dan, Sara and the kids.
Loved Tracy Arm and Sawyer glacier and the kids like Mendenhall, but wished they had more time to hike.
The scenery is the best I have ever seen.
Glad you had the chance to see it.
Lois
